The system facilitates seamless interaction between a PC and a Samsung wireless device, or between a System Tab and a compatible mobile device. It allows users to view the exact same screen on their mobile device or tablet as displayed on the PC, enabling intuitive activities such as natural recordings, text input on the control center, and additional functionalities.

■ Operational Guidelines

1. Ensure SideSync is available on both your PC and your Android device.
   • On the PC: SideSync is typically pre-installed.
2. Launch the application on both devices.
3. Connect your Android device to your PC via USB or establish a connection through a shared Wi-Fi network.
4. If previously used with the same Wi-Fi network, SideSync will automatically reconnect using prior settings for user convenience.

■ Features Overview

1. Wireless Screen Sharing
This feature enables mirroring of your Samsung Android device's screen onto your PC. Users can also control their Android devices directly from the PC interface. Enhanced navigation can be achieved by selecting the best screen through the Dashboard's Favorites section.
2. Control Center and Mouse Sharing
In Keyboard and Mouse Sharing Mode, your Android device can be integrated as an extension of your PC’s display, allowing control through the PC’s input devices. Simultaneously use your device and PC for multitasking.
3. Additional Robust Features
Notifications from your Android device can be viewed in real-time on the Dashboard. The Web Sharing feature enables quick URL sharing (including models S3, S4) between devices for access on either platform. You can seamlessly transfer media playback such as music or videos from your device to your PC.

■ Compatibility Details

- Supported Laptops: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10

- Supported Android Devices: All Samsung Android smartphones and tablets with supported OS versions (KitKat or later)

- Supported Models: Devices running Android KitKat or higher (S3 and newer models; some exceptions may apply depending on regional variants). Tablets running Android KitKat or higher can connect with PCs as well. Interaction between tablets and PCs is supported from Android Candy forward.

■ Limitations

• Some features may not operate correctly on older models such as Note 2 NE6. Users should update their devices to the latest software version prior to use. Device model details can be verified by checking the last three digits in Settings > More > About Device.
• Simplified file transfer features are not supported on models released before the System Note 3 (e.g., Note 2, S3, S4).
• Some functionalities—such as NFC and sensors—may not work accurately on mirrored tablets or computers.
